Jay Walker Registered Yoga Teacher (200) Registered Psychotherapist Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Diploma in Fitness & Lifestyle Management
My name is Jay, and I am honoured to be able to work with people who are interested in participating in the practice of yoga, whatever path they are on. From 2011 - 2018 I worked primarily as an exercise physiologist/personal trainer, but early on found myself interested in why behaviour change seemed to be so difficult, and many of the people I worked with would share with me about challenges far outside of my scope of practice at the time. In 2018 I became a Registered Psychotherapist and continue to work in private practice at All Paths Therapy.
I have been a student of yoga for 8 years, engaging in a daily practice, and from 2023-2025 pursued official training in Hatha Yoga to get licensed. Whether you are brand new to yoga, or already have a dedicated practice, my classes and approach may be helpful for you. My classes are for all levels, whether you are seeking to gain strength, endurance or mobility, or are engaging in practice for trauma symptoms, anxiety, chronic pain, or are seeking to have a more befriended and peaceful relationship with your body.
Eva James Registered Yoga Teacher (200)
Hi, I’m Eva, and I’m delighted to be joining Jay at All Paths Yoga. With over 20 years of training and teaching experience, my background includes hatha, vinyasa, hot, yin, aerial yoga, Pilates, body art, and more. While my journey began with a strong focus on the physical practice of asana, it has naturally evolved into a more holistic, mindful, and embodied way of living.
To me, yoga is about being present and engaged—physically, mentally, and spiritually. It’s a lifelong practice, not a destination. Over the years, my personal practice has deepened through dedicated breathwork, continued training, and meaningful connection within community. I especially enjoy teaching functional movement, breath awareness, and meditation as tools for both the mat and daily life.
In my classes, I meet you exactly where you are. I offer thoughtful options and modifications for all bodies and experience levels, creating a space that feels supportive and inclusive. You deserve a practice that is pleasurable, relaxing, and rewarding—and I look forward to sharing that experience with you.
Stacy Hannah Registered Yoga Teacher (200)
Hello hello!
My name is Stacy, long time student of yoga just expanding as a new instructor! I completed my 200 hour instructor course last year and will be taking a 50 hour Yin yoga instructor course in September. My primary inspiration to teach is just to keep moving; through injury, age, connection, integration and change. One breath at a time.
I have my Fine Arts degree from Concordia University in choreography, having always been drawn to the natural intelligence of what our bodies know instinctually. Of late, adding the joy and humaness of staying present as my body changes with age; learning to let go and reconnect in new ways. Yoga has always been a way to stay in conversation with my body; even when it isn't an easy one.
As I am new, my focus will be gently breaking down hatha asanas to be as accessible and straightforward as possible, fully exploring the range of what each pose offers. What better way to deepen a practice!
I am looking forward to navigating the mat with you! And am very excited to be part of the All Paths crew with Jay and Eva.
